The Facilities Assistant assists the Facilities Coordinator with a full range of tasks associated with year-round maintenance and improvement of the school facilities, grounds and vehicles. The Facilities Assistant reports directly to the School Facilities Coordinator.
Provides reporting services to various offices and agencies of the National Spiritual Assembly. Creates and maintains Bahá’í locality, cluster, and electoral unit boundaries and provides maps as requested.
Under supervision of the School Administrator, the Facilities Coordinator is responsible for all daily maintenance operations and hands-on management of facilities This includes scheduling of employees, contractors and volunteers, prioritizing and establishing maintenance needs on a daily basis, completing work assigned as a result of facilities inspections conducted with National Properties staff, ensuring quality control of all work performed by facilities employees and volunteers, supervision of all maintenance contracts ensuring satisfactory execution and completion, ensuring all contractual maintenance is being conducted per contract, ensuring all on-going maintenance contracts are current and working with National Properties staff when renewals are necessary, ensuring all equipment is maintained in a safe and working condition.
Provides support in the human resources department, including recruitment and employment, personnel records management, and benefits administration. Experience in organization development and training is a plus. Has knowledge of commonly- used concepts, practices, and procedures in HR. Five plus years experience in HR field.
The Planned Giving Associate supports the operations of the Planned Giving Department, and replies by phone, email, and correspondence to all Planned Giving inquiries.
The Special Projects Coordinator operates as a major gifts officer, manages major fund-raising projects and other special fund-related projects.
The Fund Education Content Officer manages a fast-paced and creative team that produces Fund development content at the national and regional levels.
The Deputy Development Officer directly supervises three teams: Office Administration, the Content Team, and Community Outreach. This position ensures that the day-to-day strategy is carried out by all three teams and creates and carries out the Fund Development Plan for each fiscal year with the Chief Development Officer (CDO).
The Hospitality Assistant assists with all aspects of hospitality to guests, primarily in the area of housekeeping.
