Help Desk Technician

Responds to inquiries and requests for assistance with the organization’s computer systems or PC’s and peripherals. Identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice to assist users. Coordinates with other IT areas to resolve problems if necessary. Requires 2 years relevant computer experience.

Help Desk Manager

Baha'i National Center

Oversees the day-to-day operational and personnel activities of the IT Help Desk for the Bahá’í National Organization to ensure the successful implementation and hands on support of personal computing hardware, peripherals and software. Expertise with MS Windows operating systems is essential. Three years of relevant technical and supervisory experience is highly desired.
